Meet Dr. Amelia Henry (Mifflintown, PA)

Amelia Henry, O.D., received her Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2026. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2021.

Dr. Henry is focused on providing comprehensive eye care and helping patients maintain clear and comfortable vision. Her clinical interests include myopia management, dry eye care, and contact lens exams.

Dr. Henry was inspired to pursue optometry after receiving her first pair of contact lenses at the age of 14 and experiencing the meaningful difference they made in her daily life. She is also drawn to the field because of its continual advancement in diagnostic technology and treatment options, which makes the future of optometry exciting and dynamic.

What Dr. Henry enjoys most about being an optometrist is building and strengthening relationships with her patients. She values the trust patients place in her for their visual needs and finds it rewarding to know that her care can positively impact a person’s quality of life.
